An amazing thing just happened....

You have no idea how many times I have said that bible passage in the last year. It certainly did feel like it might be "more than I could bare" as it was piling up at times but I meant what I said in that I am truly THANKFUL for the experience. I learned so many good things.... and it all worked out. I feel blessed that we had the resources to recover... blessed that no one was hurt... blessed with friends and family that helped... I could go on and on..

The pump... No biggie, MD will take care it. I am not worried. I did get a chuckle. God reminding me to keep working to move forward.

how long has your tank been set up. if you add all those fish at once it may over load your bioload or they would have to make it through a cycle.

 

Good story! I am glad that you shared. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the day to day living and complain about our spouses, jobs, kids, etc. When you hear about people losing everything, it reminds you of what is really important.

I am happy to hear that you are still moving forward.

 

It is really only +1 fish. I had 2 damsels in there that I removed. SO, minus 2, plus 3.

been there buddy went through katrina here. rebuilt my house better than it was and if you can believe it i only lost one fish in my freshwater tank at the time.
