Can't wait to see this one get going! We just got a few more tiny leathers ourselves and a couple of LPS.

Oh, and it's not dead, it's sleeping!

    sorry dellyjoe
you posted at same time as me, missed you yesterday
so a belated thank you today

MY quest is to find a nice grail, I will settle for a chalice
and I have algae fix marine in order I can avoid a shrubbery

    thank you 1 babelove

Its available everywhere I should imagine jbraslins
I have a great relationship with 1 store that majority of my corals come from and also my Rowa, Salifert kits and other imported items
he allowed me to pull as many pieces out of the holding tank as I needed
and a created the scape on his shop floor, before commiting to purchase

its my old 60 - the 90 with SPS is still doing well

makes coral location easy, and thats why I chose it for this set up

    Thanks Sushi Girl

    Thanks JJL

    thanks Clarkey

    glad everyone likes the scape
I only had all the rock in, then most of it out, and then back in again
and then some of it out again, and it was perfect 1st time!

    LOL

Mixed reefs are so hard to do. It is definitely easier to have 2 different systems. I can't wait to watch this evolve.

    Thank you Curtis

I envy those with nice displays of SPS and softies as variety does make for aesthetic pleasure IMO
but I was unable to achieve it and made a desicion to go 1 direction on the other set up
but there are corals I really appreciate, so I decided to create a home specifically for them
gentle flow, no desire to carbon dose as a bit of waste is appreciated by the types of corals going in ,probably wont need a doser , due to using coral pro for this set up also - water changes should be adequate

the torch I have in my 5ft at present, bottom right hand corner away from the majority of flow, will probably be 1st resident in this set up
Im sure it will appreciate the calmer waters.

    Thanks ReefBruh

I may take a couple of bits out and reverse them in order to lower the upper layer
I may not have budgetted accurately for the size of some of the finger leather corals I would like to have on top of the left and right islands
