I can't really see what the problem is from the picture, but if you're sure it's gonna die then remove it by hand.

If it is close to disintegrating use a syphon. Dead anemonies stink to high heaven.

Anens go through stages and the only time they are definitly going to die is when there center mouth starts spewing stinky tissue out.
I have had a BTA loose its fingers then make a complete recovery. So be careful in jumping to a flush decision.
Take it out and put it in a tupper ware bin and squirt tank water into its mouth. If it disintegrates then it is done fore.
It may just be reacting to a bad batch of food or bad water conditions.

Are you feeding it once a week and providing it with good light? what are your water tests showing problems with? If your nitrates are up then it may be a problem.

    Thank You for your in-sight!

About 2 weeks ago, it started "letting lose some gooy stuff" in the water, many people said it was waiste. Afterwards it got better and stopped doing that. Now it is just small, and its tentacles are inflated. I provide 250W of 2X Acentic and 2x HO lights, I feed it about 3 times a week, but it rarely tries to grab the food as the dumb fish steal it.

If the nitrates are up, how can I lower it?

do a water change to lower nitrates, the gooey stuff was probably waste. I had one that went through a lot before actually dying. Is it attached to a rock?

It could have been waste, or exchanging the photosynthetic bacteria. Neither are necessarily a bad sign.
What type of anemone, what type of lighting, and how old is the tank?

You should feed it one large feeding a week. I do fridays a half a silverside and they grab the whole thing and eat it instantly. They can go 3 weeks with out food.

    Ok guys, update!

The anemone has left its rock and move in the middle of the tank, HOWEVER it has opened up like day 1 in the store. Its tentacles are full inflated and full colour. It looks picture perfect with the exception up not being attached to a rock right now.

    Good or bad?
