I have a 45 gallon tall tank and was thinking about getting an anemone and manybe a coral. All the lights fixtures I see for my tank come with 200 watts, is that enough wattage?

There is no easy way to answer your question. I'm sure that someone will jump in and say "Thats Plenty" :)
Do you have a picture? Spec sheet? Is it PC lighting? or Metal Halides?
It's not always about the watts, let me refer you to a lighting sticky

After you read that and feel a little confused, it's ok. lol
If you get me a link to the light fixture you want to buy and tell me how deep the tank is I can recommend the different types of corals and anemones that you can keep in your aquarium. Along with a lot of other people on the 3Reef forum. That's many different opinions :D

That looks like a good price for a PC light. I would suggest low to mid light corals using that type of light. Maybey a bubble tip anemone at the top of the tank on a rock base and LPS corals like mushrooms, Giant hairy mushrooms, green open brain corals, Some non photosynthetic gorgonians. Ricordia, and Maybe a leather coral at the top of the tank.
Make sure you have a good base of liverock so that you can place your corals at different heights throughout the water column and do as much research as you can on any coral you want to purchase before you bring it home :)
