I need help, these two BTA's are in my 24 gallon aquapod.. Tanks been going for 7-8 months. The two rose bubbles have been in there a little over 2 months, i got them a few weeks apart. I have leds on the tank.

    Water Parameters are:
Temp: 78.5- 80 (controller with fan and heater on a reef keeper)
    0- Ammonia
    0- Nitrite
15- Nitrate (i know thats not great, i do 5 gallon weekly water changes and dont know what to do to get it lower..)
    1.025-1.026- Salinity

The Smaller brighter pink one has moved a small amount on the rock and was 1st in the tank.

The bigger one has moved from the bottom left corner (where the empty area in the picture is)... from there to back deep in the rocks, then back to exactly where it was.. then now again up rock and over to where its at now!

They were both beautiful bright pink and bubble when i first got them for a few weeks and now not as pretty (but not as bad as the other anemone in my 90- that is on another thread here)

SORRY FOR THE LONG DESCRIPTION i just would love to know why they don't look as happy? and what i can do to make them happier! Im willing to do whatever i need to! I really hoped my clowns would host them but haven't yet..

    THANKS EVERYONE FOR ANY IDEAS!

They really don't look all that bad. The salinity seems a little high. Does it swing at all? Also, what type of lighting does the aquapod have? How often/much do you feed? One more question, do you try to feed the nems themselves?

I agree with Henning. Actually, the one looks a little like a quadricolor. If you're not feeding, maybe give them a little food and see if they may open larger. If your clowns aren't in the anemone, they're probably not feeding it like they do when the anemone hosts. They are good colors and seem to be rooted where they should.
