This is purely hypothetical. I don't have any plans of getting a anemone because I worry about how delicate they are plus I have several corals I would be concern they would ruin... BUT just for kicks, do any of think my system could support an anemone?

    I have:
    29 Gal
18" deep with about 2.5-3 in of sand
    4 x 24 watts T5HO
    pH stays stable at 8.2
    NH3, NO2, NO3 are always undetectable
tank is about 9 months old

If I was to ever to get rid of corals, that is the only way I put a nem in my tank, but only if I was sure I was giving it a chance at survival. Of course lets only consider what some people would consider one of the easier to care for species like a BTA or a Condy.

The only thing that I was truly concerned about was whether I had enough lighting. So you think 96 watts of T5 is enough at my tanks depth (assuming it would stay on the bottom)?

+1 on PharmrJohn IMHO hypothetical nems are the easiest to care/ provide for and have none of the associated problems of the real thing
