I haven't feed mine since I got it 5 months ago and it looks great. Today with all this talk I feed it half a silverside and it gobbled it down like a starving dog. Now what?

I'd take it easy when making statements like this. When your asking for help, the last thing you want to do is build a wall in front of yourself :D.

Some pics would help everyone out for sure.
Most importantly, we need info on:
    - your lights
    - your light durations
    - how much flow you have
    - nitrate levels
    - phosphate levels
    - SALINITY levels
    - how often are you changing your water, and how much do you change each time?

Perhaps this is a better start?
    Good luck!

I've had mine for 2 months.... I fed it the first day, then I noticed that everytime I feed the clown, he'd take a mouthfull down and give it to the BTA. He would hold the food in his mouth, rub it around until the BTA would grab it. It's was probably about the coolest thing that I've seen in my tank thus far.

I haven't feed my BTA since. (well, other than the unexpected chromis and I think a tiny yellow clown goby).

I have greens and rose's I feed mine about every 3 days just a little mostly mysis with all the pollutants in the water right now I would not feed silversides I cant remeber where I read this at now. But I had a giant carpet and I am sure bad silversides killed it the others I only fed mysis to are all doing great. I do get fresh shrimp from the grocery store and give them about every 2 weeks. Can you take a picture of what yours looks like?
