I have decided to place my Finger Leather coral down current from my anemone. The anemone is one of the cheap ones from the LFS, condy maybe? I have had it for three years. I am wondering if it can harm my Finger Leather with chemical warfare. I know if it stings it it wont be good, so the finger leather is out of range of the tentacles. Also if I want to sell it, can it be detached from the rock it took ahold of?

There might be a bit of chemical warfare between those inverts but as long as the animals are far enough apart and if you run a good carbon, you should be able to keep that in check. Now, if the anemone decides to wander and sting corals, most likely, the anemone will do damage.

As for detaching the anemone, it should be relatively easy IF you have complete access to it's entire foot. If it's got its foot buried in a crevace, it will be much more difficult to remove.
