I would quarantine it, set up a tank and move it and keep an eywe on it. Ive heard also they will contaminate the tank.

i know this is hard but it is in the best interest of your tank. if it truly is what it sounds exactly like, then your anemone is not far from dead and yes when they die they can have very negative effects on your tank and fish. does it have it's own rock? if so then just take the rock out scrape it off, boil the rock and put it back in the tank. if it shares a rock or you cannot take the rock out then you can try to scrape it off but it is very risky to do so. I know this is sad to seemingly intentionally kill your anemone, but it is easy to get a new anemone versus starting up a completely new tank. my motto "if there is a doubt, get it the hell out!" hope this helps. i am sorry but don't take the chance, get rid of it,keep moving forward. let me know how it goes.

glad to say she is fine, last night she looked like she is gonna die, she went almost all the way in her foot, just a couple of tentecals where sticking out, about 15 min. later she came out, still looking black in the middle, then this morning when i turned on the lights she is all big and colorfull again, any idea what she was doing so when she does it next time i know what is going on

Just be careful, all it takes is one swing in parameters to kill an anemone. Since your tank is still new, it's prone to residual LR die-off that can cause a small spike in your tank. Keep a bottle of ammonia neutralizer on hand in case you need it. If your anemone looks bad, test your water asap.
Remember your LFS will tell you anything is fine for your tank, they look at you as their next payday. Very few LFS will tell you honestly "you need to wait a while longer." They would rather sell you an animal that will probably die, because they know that means you will probably be back in a month to replace it.
