I think them levels were from the anemone its self. My readings before that weren't that bad. Only the ph is the same. The thing with that is i buffer it about twice a week with the 8.3 buffer stuff but don't want to over buffer. Should I just add it untill it raises it or are there other ways?

I agree, SG is a bit too high, get it down to 1.024. Calcium is very low too. I would also try some melafix if you haven't removed him from the tank.

Dude, I would get him out of your tank now. Yesterday if possible. If that thing dies, it will be devastation. It will be very oogy.

I strongly urge you to take this advice, One of my friends had a bubble tip in a 60gallon did nothing but hide behind rocks, he could not be arsed to get all the rock out and locate the anemone even when it died due to poor water parameters, some people just do not listen, anyway when it died it released toxins that did kill everything and i mean everything, the feather dusters crawled out their tubes and died on the substrate, along with crabs he never knew he had, bristle worms, hermits, snails, shrimps, corals went white, nitrates way over 100ppm, all fish died, so as you can see money down the drain, his stubborness got him a expensive lesson, just hope he has learnt from it, just letting you know what you could expect to see happen if the anemone dies in your tank, hope this helps...good luck...
