I purchased a "caribbean sea flower" (nem) three days ago, although I assume its really just a rock flower nem, all my levels were good and then out of the blue one of my damsels (who i have been trying for a week to remove) started nipping the anemone's foot!!!! so now the poor thing will not hold onto anything, i tried to hide him between some smaller peices of live rock but he insisted on moving still........now he's a bit deflated, still moves around a little but hes not looking great i was thinking perhaps this fish really stressed him out....is there any hope for my situation i dont have a sump other wise i would just move him...would it be ok to isolate him?? thanks for all the help!!!

If he comes near the surface when feeding, I've been luckiy with a quick net during feeding.

O/W breifly putting a bunch of your LR in a plastic bin will work, and for a short while, won't hurt the rock either.

    Good luck.

Thanks, at least I got him out of there before major damage was done to my tank.
