    I dont really think the skunks could have attacked it. I have a coral banded shrimp and those bastards are asses and my BCS never ever messed with the anemone. The anemone would come out very big at night and would never see the shrimp around it.

    I really think your anemone is probably stressing, but have no idea from what.
