So, I purchased a LTA a bit ago looking pretty sickly from the LFS - it was on its mouth and no stings when touching tentacles - after living in my tank for a month it finally made a recovery and was looking great. Stinging tentacles, eating silversides and very nice looking. It had finally settled down with its foot tucked into a rock, so I pulled my screens off my Koralia 3's. I went to bed last night and woke up to a tank full of nice, white cloudy water. Anemone was no where to be found... This was a pretty large anemone - about 7 inch disc. I finally found what was left of his foot stuck to the inside of the fish guard on the front of my K3. I have NO idea how a K3 pulled the entire anemone through the tiny side slots, but it did. My skimmer went crazy and I ran a ton of carbon. No losses and tank is clear again this evening.. Has anyone ever heard of a Koralia pulling an anemone in?? I didn't think it was possible with such a large anemone?

My anemone was pulled into my AquaClear-50. I lucked out and removed it before it died. That would have been bad. Happens all the time dude. You are definitely not alone.
