I purchased a Rose Anemone that is footed in the removable front part of a koralia. How do i get him to come out? Or maybe i should keep him in there so that i can put him where i want in the tank without him moving around. Like maybe i should bury the koralia he is in partially in the sand or rock work.
    anyone wanna chime in here?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
BTA typically foot at the base or within the rock work, they do not foot in the sand. I imagine if you place the shell in the rock work the anemone will move to the rock work, if not just increase the flow to that area and the anemone should move eventually.

BTA's will move to a place it wants to be in. When I had a BTA and it was time to replace my bulbs, my BTA would move lower down and into the rock work. Eventually he would move out of the rock work and back up. Also, when I took out my tunze's out of the tank he moved from one side of the tank to the other.
