anemone: it's a Condylactis?

ok. so i was at the LFS and there was an anemone in there that i really liked, but it wasnt with the other anemones it was in a seperate tank. when i asked what it was they told me it wasn't an anemone, it doesn't sting and it was a ______ im trying to remember the name, i think it started with a "C." I wanted to do research to see if my clownfish would take to it, but for the life of me i can't remember what they said. anyone have a guess or is it not enough info?

it looks like an anemone some were purple color and others were bleached white.

thanks for all your help guys. i knew in this plethora of aquaria knowledge someone would be able to help me.

it was a Condylactis i was trying to remember.

now im doing some research to figure if this is a good add or not.

was it a type of coral?

 

just a guess, torch coral? im stuck for something that starts with a c

 

no they didn't say coral either because that would have been easy to remember and it wasnt with all the other corals.

You should call the LFS and ask, and the respond with an awesome array of pictures

 

Ricordea? Did it have tentacles?

 

Condy or Condylactis? it's an anemone but they are white tentacles with pink or purple tips
