I had posted this in the "Anemone Traveling Problems" thread a few days ago, but I think it just got lost amongst the others, so, I'm putting it in its own thread...
    Ok...
I have 2 condy's (1's a purple tip), they both have their usual spots on separate rocks (one on either end of the tank), but a few days ago, the one that's been in the tank the longest (about 4 months now & not purple tipped) decided to move right next to the other, which also happens to be the same rock that my mushrooms are on, and when I mean he moved right next to it, I mean RIGHT NEXT TO IT. They literally rub tentacles... Are they aggressive toward one another, or just other species? Other than them being right next to each other, they seem fine, they're eating well, they look healthy, and the clarkii's don't mind, it kind of looks like one giant anemone. My partner jokes in saying that their just loving on one another...Should I move them apart, or leave them be?...My mushrooms aren't to happy though, they sometimes fight back when a tentacle or 2 stray their way...

Altho i don;t ahve a clue what the answer to your question is - i did notice that you clown is hosting the condy. I too have a purple condy and i hope that my clown will host it. I know they are not hosting anemones perse....but obv some will do it. Did you do anything to convince the clowns to host or did they take it on theres own will?

lol...well, what kind do you have? I didn't have to do anything...I bought my first condy for my percs, but they didn't seem to care for him, it was nothing like Nemo, they just ignored it...so, I got a couple of clarkii's and the bigger one of the 2 went right to him (which is who you're looking at)...the other clarkii tried to get near it, but the bigger one wasn't having it, so I ended up buying another one (purple tip) for him. The bigger clarkii tried to claim both condy's at first cause he kept chasing the little guy away from both, but he eventually got tired of swimming back and forth, and finally let the little guy have the purple tip...so, now they each have their own. It's really neat watching them, they even feed the condy's! So cool to watch...I hope yours takes to it...if not, try another clown.

maybe you might try to move mushrooms if you can if you move condy best try to anoy it to make it move on its own. I you move it it may just move back where you don't want it.

I did try annoying him, and he moved but not far, and only for a few hours, then he went right back, I can't direct water flow onto him because then I'll annoy the other anemone too...I am going to relocate the mushrooms though...and, its not so much that I want to move the anemone, I'm just not sure if the 2 are ok that close together...umm, does anyone know how anemones reproduce? Aren't they asexual?
