anemone ok?

    is my anemone ok? i just recieved it a few days ago and it swalloed up a blu damsel and spit it back out with no fins or gills and now it seems like its really swollen with a view shriveled up tentacles and its mouth is puckered.

    she looks fine to me nems natural fill up with less and more water on a day to day basis i wouldnt worry about it.

    thank you, what should i do with the damsel? she spitted it out but it has no fins and most of its scales are gone and its dead, its right under the anemone. should i leave it there or go reach for it and get rid of it?

    She looks good to me. As for the dead fish, I've always subscribed to minimal death in the tank at all times. Even to the point of fishing out clean up crew losses if practical. I'd definitely get the dead fish out

    That's a condy... it'll eat your clownfish as well. They're Atlantic anemones and aren't adapted for "anemone fish". They're eaters.

    Its sting is also powerful enough to kill your tang or anything else that gets too close.
