    Hello everybody
Does anybody know if an anemone's tentacles will grow back if they are cut off? I have an rbta that a dwarf hermit crab trimmed like a hedge, so some of the tentacles are nubs (mostly around the outside). It looks good, very colorful, responds well and eats well. It'll even get bulb tips sometimes.
Thanks from an icy West Seattle.

I'm not certain, however I would have to say YES. I have a Pacific Long Tentacle Anemone and three times it got to close to my powerhead and got sucked up in it. It has survived all three episodes and looked pretty mangled up however, it has recovered to the point of never looking like it had those unfortunate mishaps.
