Honestly if i were you i would take those back to the LFS...then get a better understanding of anemones, let your tank mature more and then take another shot at them.

    Also, are those under-gravel filters?

EDIT: I read your other thread...and it says you've had your tank up for 3 weeks. Definitely definitely definitely not mature enough for an anemone. 3 weeks is a very short period of time!!

scrap the under-gravel...look into a skimmer and possibly some carbon for your filtration!!

and of course, I think you need to do some more research!!

i agree with above statements, i have you have a long way to go until you can have an established marine aquarium.. the filteration is simply not enough.. you need a lot more liverock than that.

i have currently close to about 60 lbs of rock in the system i know i need moreand that will come with time.... what exactly is the best "filteration" system as i have read that many have undergravel n some do the external some have the refugium...

Yes, I would take them back. Neither one looks healthy. What size is the tank? What are your current params? At 3 weeks your shouldn't even be cycled yet and have anything more than a single yellow tailed damsel in there. Let alone the anemones. Anemones are among the hardest creatures to keep, and shouldn't even be considered until the tank is 9-12 months old.
And just my two cents, I would honestly take down the entire tank and ditch that under gravel system. It will crash your tank in the future. The space that it leaves will collect food, detrius, etc, that will sit there and rot, with no surface area or anything to hold bacteria to break it down.
IMHO take everything back but a damsel, get that filter out, and start over. Let the tank cycle and mature before adding anything. Also, reading your last post, you will need to have ALL of your live rock before adding anything else. Adding rock to a system that is running will re-start a cycle.

If you keep them anemones in that tank they will surely die, my tank is 11 months old, i have a sand anemone, and he moves around constantly, can't find a good spot, stays for a week then moves, do some research into sumps or even a cannister filter, scrap the undergravel filtration and stock up with more lr, keep one damsel to help with the cycle.

    What are your water parameters?

Look, I know this can all sound frustrating and overwhelming, but now is the time to discover and fix the problems, as the tank is really young. I had no idea what I was doing when I first started either and got an anemone. 2 months later it died in the tank and took everything but 2 fish and a single zoa with it. It was devastating.
It would be a lot easier to fix these problems now instead of having them come back to haunt you once you have a lot more money, and even more importantly, a lot more lives in the tank. I would take the anemone's back first and foremost. Its not worth having them wipe out your system. Then get that under gravel filter out of there.
As far as adding the rock, look into base rock. Its a lot cheaper than live rock, and you can add it on the fly without risking another cycle. It would probably be the best you could do at this point.
