Help, so sometime last week i drained and tried to drill my 6g nano reef to set up a turf scrubber. But the glass broke and i had to cut a new piece, drill it, and glue it, let it cure for 24 hrs., so my reef sat in a bucket with my usual lighting, and an aerator for 2 or 3 days. I also had my HOB power filter on my 55g FOWLR to maintain my filter media bacteria. I got it set up on friday with the scrubber and all. I filled the tank up with 5g of new reef water from the lfs and a few gallons of the old water but now, on monday, i have an algae bloom of mostly orangish brown algae and a little maroon cyano. I also noticed my warty anemone leaving thick slime around the rim of his hole in the LR when he retracts. Could his excessive slime have caused the bloom? Any advice? here's a pic, notice the filthy SPS skeleton on the left and the 2 small rocks in the front are usually white, my astraea behind the nem also is usually mostly white.

I would mix up some IO, let it sit for 24 and do a water change, and bring up the SG to at least 1.023 over 3 or 4 days. The anemones maybe a little stressed.
