Just wanted to share a picture of my BTA splitting. If you look at the nem(towards the top) you can see it streching or pulling apart. Just thought it looked pretty cool.

I have had the anemone for about 6 months or so. My friend gave me one from his splitting. I have never seen anything like these before. They split like aptasia. Between me and a couple local reefers we have had around 10 splits in the last year or so.

I am not sure how you can make your nem to do this. If you have good water params, and a stable reef might help.

So my Anemone just split again last night. I had 2 of these a week ago and i am now up to 4. Can someone give me an idea of how to remove the anemone from a rock. They are all on the same rock. I am wanting to take 2 of them out. Any ideas.

    Thanks

direct current right at it. put a rock you can pull out on the other side of the current and it will (hopefully) move to that rock to get out of the blasting current. Might take a few days before you "catch" it.
