Anemone stretching?

    That's normal. I'm amazed at just how far they can stretch!
    They are most happiest when they have their food deep in a cave that they can retract into for safety.
    You don't have to move them, they will move on their own if they wish.

    +1 Totally agree.

    Also, you should never move a nem or change it's environment unless it's in imminent danger. That's very stressful to them and you risk causing injury.

    yeah i kinda thinking your light must be a bit weak for it if it feels it needs to stretch so far to get adequate lighting.
