Anemone?!?

    Hi,

    This green thing was in the middle of the last Zoas coral I received.

    Is that an Anemone? Should I get rid of it?

    It does look like one of the more attractive types majano. If it were in my tank I would proceed or treat it similar to aiptasia. There is a member on nanoreef.com that is looking to purchase the more attractive types. I will look for the link.

    It was like five heads of this thing and i can see them on top of different stones now...

    Typical majano spreading IMO.

    The link provided shows, majano almost identical to the one in question. Duncans do not reproduce by spreading to other rocks but rather my growing new polyps attached to the skeletal structure.
