ok so i was having bad temp swings and fixed it but nem is not doing to good from temp swings and is basically dying under some rocks with no light so i deicded this guy is gonna needs a lil help back to the light ,being that his was deep in rocks face on the sand with no light .i was wondering what would be the best way to make him release the homemaderock he is attached to .oh yeah my water is cool nitrate at 40 ppm help

 

Mine will let go if I lightly brush at the foot with my hand. It's almost like I'm pretending to scrape him off the rock with my hand, but I'm not really trying. Maybe it just bothers it or maybe it knows what I want.
