Is it true its not wise to get an anemone while having bristle worms in the tank? I read online somewhere that the worms will invade the aneome's stomach and starve it. Is this true? Id like to get an anemone for my tomato clown, but if its true then I won't do it.

I don't know of or heard about that. I think some research is in order on your part. Google anemone and bristleworms.

I haven't heard either, but I do wan't to add that anemones release a good amount of waste are somewhat difficult to maintain and it is likely that the tomato clown won't host it.
