    like everyone else says,it's a 50/50 gamble on getting along and coral nipping.some have had great luck where others did not.But the bigger the tank the better the odds for them getting along so theres plenty of territory for both,but still a chance of coral nipping from either.I've always wanted a flame,but too leary about corals.

    I agree with Grinder. One good thing is that they were put in at the same time. On the other hand though, they usually they need to be able to establish their own territory, if your goal is for them not to kill each other. There isn't really much territory to be established in a 55g. So, that could be an issue.

    they will be fine. get same size fish at same time. just do it.
