Those puffers, you have to watch yourself. I know a guy who got his pinkie finger cut off by one diving off of Jupiter, Florida. They look cute but certainly know how to defend themselves. g/l

I had a porcupine puffer that did the same thing and he was just excited to see me and get some food. Never did he try and bite me or be aggressive to me in any way!!

I highly approve of Matt and this site just seems admin gets a little uptight sometimes.

And you've made this determination after only a month on the board? Unless you can cite specific examples, I don't find your statement to be at all accurate.

Ummm, hehe. Yea when I posted that last night I really wasn't sober. It was nothing really, and Matt was right in editing it. Nothing explicit, just completely off topic. My bad.

I've never owned a puffer before. The teeth on dog-faces look downright scary.

With that said, I grab mantis with my bare hands and don't think twice about it so go figure.

I'm picking it up this week. I didn't have my knee-brace tight enough and it gave out on me in the middle of a gas station parking lot. It hit the concrete so hard that it swelled up to be as big as a cantaloupe. I've actually had to go back to using my walker for a couple of weeks. :furious3:

Just starting today, I've been able to walk without it provided I keep my left leg completely straight. It hurts like the dickens, but I'm walking again.

For those who don't know what we're talking about, last March I sprained my left ankle, blew out my left knee, bruised my tailbone, broke my back, broke a lot of ribs, and broke my left wrist. They haven't replaced my knee yet.

I like to go full-force on anything I do. When I break my body, I guess that applies too. ;D
