Yes that's EXACTLY what I ment. Along with burn money and randomly flush fish. Why do you bother posting rude comments when someone is asking an honest question.

because thats the scenario you will end up with. its not like these animals have to much energy and need to spar each other to calm down, they are trying to kill each other to protect there territory because in there mind they are in constant competition for food.

also sorry my attempt was not to be rude it was just to get you to rethink your plan. to get 2 dogs to stop fighting you dont throw another dog in the middle.

Well I'm not sure how much time you spend on forums but the general concept is people asking other people for assistance on topics they might not know a lot about. So when your nasty to someone who's trying to prevent that very situation by asking For opinions u just tend to sour the entir experience. The last part of ur reply was somewhat helpfull maybe just try not to be so rude next time or just feel free to pass on my posts

If he's mean to other fish, how is buying a yellow tang going to help? I doubt he will just leave the other fish alone and beat up the yellow tang. What will happen is he'll get stressed, beat up on all fish, most likely the yellow tang especially - it won't make for healthy fish.

    What sostoudt said.

Sostoudt is right about getting another tand, and a dog fight.. IMHO

My Sailfin had gotten very protect over his territory . In the last few days..
Even swimming backwards at me in defence, while I spot feed my corals...
I have 2 clowns in a 60 gal with him.. He also ate 1/2 my Blue Snowflakes..
I don't know if he's just becoming of age, or if it's the breeding season for them..
I'm not sure about your problem, but adding another tank even in a 100 gal. may be the last thing you want to do.. One of them would kill the other one..
Maybe you could sell/trade that tang..

    Good Luck, Larry
