    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I have never tried to keep Anemones under that type of lighting. IME PC lighting is the minimum that will sustain an Anemone long term of that type.

    ok ill try the t5 for now hopefully it will keep it going till i can get either LED's, then once my frag tank is up running and cycled it will be the first in there with the LED's

    The T5 would definitely be much better than what you have for now, but if it doesn't cover the full length of your tank and take 4+ bulbs, you'll still need to upgrade ASAP for long-term survival of the nem.

    i feel bad that the nem might not survive i just didnt want to see it get flushed but i think its getting to its last leg i found it like this today just laying there idk if its ok or not
    idk if its ok or not, i just wanted to try and save it, i mean it was free.
    i guess i can kick myself in the arse all i want it wont change the facts.

    i can't really see the mouth cleary, if it is always open up and never close again, I think it is very close to its end. You also said this is a FOWL tank, do you have any fish that start picking on it when it lying there? If you do then it can pretty much add to the stress other than your lighting. oh even Cleaner shrimp do that also just in case you got them in ur tank.

    No fish I can see pick on it and now its fully open agian. Maybe I should ask is it ok that it opens and closes on a regular basis.

    well a healthy anemone never open mouth unless it ate something.(to eject the waste). If you didn't feed them any solid food, their mouth should be close. seeing anemone "gasping" like this is a really bad sight.
