    if i ever get aiptasia, that's what I'm trying. lots of folks talk about building it... I don't know, i'm sure I'd overpay and just order one.

    thanking it'd be useful to keep my mushroom population under control too

    And they say it doesn't make the aiptasia throw out more spores when you're killing it?!

    I can't vouch either and I'm no expert but here's my theory. They probably are releasing planulae in an attempt to survive but the chlorine that is produced is more concentrated in the immediate area and kills them. I building one of these zappers in the next couple days.

    wait a sec electric and water hmmmm lol I did find 2 aiptasia that i zapped with aiptasiaX and those little things are visious stuck the tip or the syringe close and it latched on then let it have it lol

    Decided to try one more thing first. I'm getting a copperband through my area reef club. Damn the clam unless I can get him to let loose of the rock and move it into someones tank for a while.
