Another Emerald Crab Question.

    Well I have a little bit of Bubble Algae in My tank and I was going to Pick up an Emerald crab to help fix the problem, Well question is, Will He bother any of my other inverts like my small snails or baby star serpents???

    My doesn't bother anything. Just hides and will wave his claws at anything that comes near him, but has never actually pinched anything.

    It will be fine along with everything else. Mine just waves his claws at me when I get to close.... LOL....

    Mine thinks he is tough, but he isn't. On the other hand, he does eat a lot of algae.

    one of the best guys for clean up...does great work and doesn't bother anybody but the algae.

    My question is, how do they eat bubble algae without popping it, and spreading???

    Not sure on the how. I have never seen mine eating eat. They do most of there stuff at night. But my bubble algae is halve of what it was, so Its definitely disappearing. I was wondering the same thing.
