I started removing the rubble rock from my bio chamber in my Pro-Clear Aquatics Premier 200 wet/dry about 6 weeks ago took the last out Sunday.I'm currently running a Mag 1800 for a return pump can I switch to a smaller pump and convert bio chamber into area for cheato and mangroves and if so do I need to add more Koralias to the tank for water flow.

Yes, I don't see a problem with that plan. As for flow in your tank, you need to judge whether it's good enough or not taking into account your livestock and types of corals.
