Another form of sponge?

    I'm not sure if this is sponge or not?.. I do know that I have found plenty of spots in my tank that have different colors of sponge & I heard sponge only comes when water quality is good or even great... lol.. that's hard to do so "great" is a stretch... hope u can tell from the pics.. thank you in advance...

    Ive seen Navy Blue sponges here in the Fl. beaches.... It's possible.
