I remember about 2 years ago i did a post on my torch corals that had some brown slime forming on my torch and hammers. I had asked some of you here at 3reef what it was and someone told be it was Brown Jelly Infection which it was. It almost took a toll on my hammers & torchs but what i did was squirt some Chem-Marin stop aptasia on the brown jelly and in one day all the infection was gone and never again to be seen. Has anyone else tried this method? and to be honest, i just took a chance and tried the stop aptasia as a last ditch effort out of panic that proved to work. Let me know your thoughts. Hey i think i'm getting pretty good at these half brain remedies
so if you guys need a heart transplant or kidney dialysis, i think i could hook you up in my basement with a couple of jugs and some airline tubes and a bit of luck and save you some money off of your medical insurance.....lol

I'm not saying that it's the right thing to do but it sure worked for me thats for sure! The infection kept consuming more and more of the coral heads each day. I was using (Stop Aptasia) on some aptasias that were on my LR and put some on all of the Brown Jelly while i was at it and PRESTO, no more infection.
