    Not that good a picture, but it looks like a Chinese hat or Keyhole Limpet. Theyw ill eat cyanobacteria and other nuisance algae but may feed on corals as well. For the most part these are reef safe though!

    it looks like a chinese hat...has an orange dot in the middle.
