I want to add a small antenna lionfish to my tank (not now just in the future, I just like to know facts before hand). My thing is they are carnivores and I wont really have any other fish in there and I read they eat shrimp. So could I possibly breed some peppermint shrimp in my 10 gallon to feed him? Or does anyone have any recommendations?

Difficult to ween onto prepared foods, the majority are fed freshwater ghost shrimp.

Lions are absolutely trainable. Some are notoriously harder, such as the Fu Man Chu and you will of course still run into some who just don't want to convert. None have beat me yet.

Maybe this link will help you. The most important part is the stealth stick. http://www.lionfishlair.com/feedingtechniques/toolsofthetrade.shtml There's also a guide to Lionfish in general in my signature that you may find helpful. You're gonna be hooked!!!!

Ghost shrimp are harder to raise than lions are to train.
