    I need some open swimmers and I am thinking anthias. I've had Lyretails before but would like to know peoples expierences with the other species. I was thinking evan's anthias or bartletts anthias. I am open to hearing experinces with all though. I have noticed the most beautiful ones are all cold water :( ventralis and hawiian longfin

    Anthias are a little too finiky for me, but the only one I ever tried came from a tank where a heater exploded so it wasn't in the best shape. Most anthias look like goldfish to me. Wrasse are a great free swimmer and they are more colorful IMO.

    Blotched Anthias are the only one that really intrigue me!
