Any benefit in increasing (30% now) my light output?

I have a reefbreeders unit (had it since the summer) that is currently at about 30% output. I am getting much better growth and color than I was when I had it at 60-70%, but I am not sure if that was because (A) The corals were new additions at the time or because (B) I increased the lighting too quickly.

Would there be any benefit to increasing the output or should I leave the output where it's at currently?

    Thanks.

Hard to say, really. If your corals have already reached their peak growth potential, then no, there's no benefit other than making the tank brighter. You should, however, be able to increase the output around 5% weekly without any negative effects.
