any body use reef solution all in one additive?

i just purchased all in one additive reef-solution. also i have to put only calcium other than that. i will also change my carbon since i also got chemi-pure and i will throw BB out and put some LR crumble to reduce nitrate and fight for cyona bacteria. b/c i did not change my carbon almost 6 months.

If it is the one I am thinking of, it has iodine, stronium, mg, vit c, etc. I don't know. I just don't like the all in one deals. I am a big believer in one ingredient at a time. It's easier to control what you're putting into your tank. If you're trying to bring your mg up, then you might through your other levels off at the same time. JMO though.

 

Are you having a cyano problem? If so, how much flow do you have and how big is your tank (in case I missed it)
