Any Canon Rebel xsi users????

That is the Grand Cayman wall, I think the top of the wall is at 65 foot and I am at 120 foot. It's rare dive conditions that I can capture the sun light from this depth. The pristine water in the Caymans on a calm day coming off a week without storms is simply amazing.

Under me is blackness, 3000 feet staight down, we dive here every other year or so.

I have trained them both in the pool, John will be 12 this year so I think I will sign him up for lessons and certification. The little girl needs a few more years.

 

Yes, get that tripod and a remote switch (the remote is like $10 and well worth it) - the tripod will take out the blur on longer exposures and the remote will take out the final blur.

I have a few lenses I purchases that I mount on my telescope and use the Rebel for astrophotography as well. in this case the telescope if my tripod and the remote trigger is a must since pushing the shutter button is enough vibration to shake the moon out of my frame all together. I look forward to see your your shots !!
