Any cool iPad Apps out there to record readings etc?

I am a n00b to this hobby for sure, but I was curious if there was any good apps that could be used for recording readings from tank, maybe keep a log etc. I use my iPad alot, I think something like this would be useful.

 

they have apps for controllers..basically u can run ur tank from ur phone..turns lights change flow from phone and whatever else depending the controller

 

that would be cool.. I was thinking of an app to record salinity, nitrates etc. I can always just build a spreadsheet in pages, I just thought that a GUI would be cool..

Of course I could always use Maxjournal or something like that
