HI everybody, so yesterday my new LEDs came in the mail from reefbreeders. The lights are amazing and have so much color I couldn't be happier, the only problem is is that I have a 28g nano cube with an existing hood...
SO my question is how can I hang the lights above my aquarium without having to make holes in the wall or ceiling? I would much rather make another canopy for this tank that would just sit on the top and would b fairly easy to build.

    Any suggestions would be great!!
    The dimensions for the lights are 15 3/4 x 8 1/4 x 2 1/4

Here is also a picture of the lights and the hangers it came with:

I have seen people cut a hole in the hood, and use weather stripping to block light spillage and make a nice edge.

Im thinking of doing away with the hood all together but if there is an easy way to do it keeping the hood I'm all ears :D

I believe Fsukum is doing that. I would reccomend metal conduit, as it will not flex, and looks much sleeker. 1/2" would be fine.
