    I haven't heard of it, but the Via Aqua 2300 pump that powers it is the same as the Atman 2500 that powers my Bubble Magus NAC7.

    Although I'm happy overall with the performance of my BM NAC7, the first pump that it came with was difficult to start if it was already underwater. The pump eventually died on me after about a year of use.
