almost every wrestler who has ever been really into it like i was, and many others, will do whatever it takes to cut weight to make weigh ins, now it is VERY BAD for you but i pulled through, and sometimes i dont know how i did, if i could go back and change how i did things i would but.. now your 6'3" and weight 137 lbs?? then there isnt much else you can do, i was in the 152 weight class and im 5'10" lol personally i would take some protein drinks and lift weights like crazy to get up to at least the 145 weight class, build muscle and be healthier.. IMO

Yes, all of these are meant to be quick fixes and shouldn't be preformed as a weight loss routine. You will severely dehydrate yourself.

    well the match is tomorrow.

Also I second the bulking up sentiment. I'm 6'4 and naturally 80 pounds heavier then you zoa, when I'm in pretty good shape.

G2 gatorade, has electrolytes that will help you out, also, it has a high sodium content so if you drink just one or 2 during the day, it dehydrates you more lol and eat a peanut butter sandwich it will give you the energy and stuf you need, and its carbs!!

I normally have like a turkey sandwich or something before the match..

I have no G2 gatorade or anything special like that, just water...

I also drink coffee in the morning is that okay to drink in the morning?

turkey may work no butter no mayo, tho b/c it will make you sick if you have to go all 3 rounds, water is fine but remember your trying to lose it so any sports drink will work doesnt have to be g2, although it is better for you, and drop the coffee, caffiene can be your enemy IMO
