    What I did and have my guys do if they are close to weight is eat an orange for dinner and fill a glass up with ice and add water. Breakfast an orange or an apple and lunch a small salad most of it will be water weight so it will be sent out of your body naturally. Check your weight during lunch to see how close you are and after weigh ins eat a nice sandwich!

    Thats what i plan to do..I havnt drinkin or eatin anything..I will have my sandwhich after weigh ins. Hopefully ill have some energy Lmao!!

    My husband use to have to "make wt" all the time, he said take a hot shower wearing a vinyl sweat suit or trash bag, take a laxative if necessary, cut your hair if possible, exercise in a sauna wearing a trash bag. Only eat a piece of fruit and drink water. Eat after you wt in. Chew a lot of gum. He says he has dropped 5 lbs in one day before. Good luck and be careful.

    Alright thanks! i have no sauna availible to me..If im over i can jog after school but hopefully i wont be.

    I weighed in at 135.3..I had an apple to have something in my body, so im good to go, thanks for the help guys.
