    1st one looks like a button polyp to me. Does it move or is it attached to the rock? If it moves it's an anemone. If it's attached it's most likely a polyp.

    2nd one looks like a sponge, but hard to tell without a less fuzzy pic.

    Does it hide as soon as you touch it? Heat up some water in the microwave and fill a syringe and hit it that is what i do it will never come back....

    It's been in the same spot since I've noticed it a couple weeks ago. And now that I've had the lights on more it is opening up more often.

    Easy way to tell if its a nem or not, put something over it that blocks the light, wait a day or two, if it moves its a nem, if it doesnt its a polyp.

    The second pic is a pineapple sponge. google images for better pics.

    Thanks. I'll give that a shot. I made a lean-to out of a small piece of live rock that shades it out.

    You're welcome, if it is a an anenome, you might get lucky and have it move onto your "lean-to". if it does just take the rock out and nuke it. Bye bye nem! ;)

    hey bruno, i'm not either, this could be a glass nem, i'm not sure either, i hate them, i would just watch it and see how it grows just to be sure. everybodys opinion is welcome on 3reef:)

    I like Joes Juice, ive used the hot trick, and didnt have good luck with it, but ive also used aptasia X and just prefer joe's juice its better for your corals imo
