I'm seeing these all around my tank and have no clue what these are. Any guesses?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
They look like Hydroid Jelly's, their population will decline and eventually die off as the tank ages.

I assume they came in off my live rock. There are several of them in my tank and being new little things get me worried. Is this a common thing for new tanks to see all kinds of odd things popping up? or is it because of my lack of experience that has me seeing every little thing?

Both, lol, enjoy 90% of you're new critters. Just keep an eye out for majano anenomes and aiptaisia and get rid of them asap

Actually is a combination of your fascination with the new tank and the fact that all kinds of critters begin to make appearances. My first tank I sat with a magnifying glass staring at all the zooplankton and micro algae for hours on end, I kid you not.

We did not have ID's easily accessible back in those days when we walked miles to school in the snow....
