I'm looking into adding some actinic/moonlights for my 20gal H. Right now I'm thinking of getting this, R2 Solutions Extreme LED Moonlights

But the problem is that I use 2 Par30 bulbs with the gooseneck clamp so I don't have a hood or anything to attach the moonlight thing too. Has anyone tried to make some kind of mount like the gooseneck thing? I would like to make one for the moonlight LED and have that hang between the Par30s. Thanks!

Or any other ideas to have the light hang between these two,

You could also make something to go between the necks of the 2 par30's and then attach the moonlight to that?

^^ You mean like dangling it by a string? I thought about that since the moonlight looks pretty small. But I don't want to risk strings breaking or the weight of the moonlight changing the position of the par30's over time.

Do you know if you can buy the gooseneck thing at Lowes or Homedepot? Just the flexible part?

You can check at home depot and see if they have anything like that in the lighting section. Even if its made for a regular bulb you should be able to adapt it to mount the moonlight.
