Any Ideas what these are?

You can barely see these with the naked eye. I used a magnifyn glass to see them. In the first pic I have a red box around one that I think is more mature. Then second pic is a little blurry and drew arrows.

They look like little feather dusters

 

Ok I would say that based on the clarity of the pictures, they could either be a hydroid, feather duster or vermitid worm!

 

I thought it might be hydroid. Not sure what vermitid worm is. are these harmful?

 

Yes, they are all filter feeders and beneficial to the overall filtration and diversity of a reef aquarium.

I took a closer looks to all the white specks floating around there are baby jellyfish swimming around and one attached to the glass.
