Any pointers?

    So i went away for the weekend and my tank didnt have much algae but now it does. Anyways i have never had a algae break out before so im a bit clueless. I went in there with a tooth bruch and scrubed the rocks and it seemed to just dust off but when i looked closely it looked stringy and the next day it was all back.. Any tips on what animals crabs snail whatever i can put in to help get rid of it and what chemicals i could use? Nitrate are at 0 and so is the phosphate. Thanks for all your help. i tried to upload pics but its not working...

    We kind of need a pic as we need to know what kind of algae it is before giving advice on what to do. It sounds like cyno to me, but I could easily be wrong.

    60 gal. clown. royal gramma. flame angle. blue tang. water changes once a week. i tested the water earlier and everything is good as ever. i had the tank for a month but i had nano cube for like a year and a half

    its brown and i think its diatom. so what kind of cleanup crew should i buy? i have next to none lol. Thanks

    If the tank is only a month old, you are going through a normal cylcle of diatoms.
